What comes with my plotter or scanner equipment purchase?

The machine will be delivered with full startup supplies, clear instructions for stand assembly (if required), and all power cables. Most machines come with a sample roll of media. Machines do NOT include ethernet cables.

Do I need a loading dock?

The machine will be shipped to your door with a lift gate truck so no loading dock is needed.

How much assembly is required?

All of our inkjet printers and scanners are fully assembled when delivered. The only assembly required is the machine stand. The inkjet machines come with instruction on how to load the ink cartridges and printheads. Most machines can be unpacked and up and running in under 20 minutes.

How soon will my purchased plotter supplies be shipped?

Plotter supply orders received before 2pm will be shipped that same day. All other orders are shipped the following business day. Orders containing items that are not in-stock will be shipped as soon as the products are received, or they may be drop shipped directly from our vendor.

How are shipping rates calculated?

Shipping is based on the weight of the order.

Can I get one of your catalogs?

We are sorry, we currently do not publish a printed catalog for customers. You can view our products online. Check out our printing machines, paper products, and ink & toner. However, please feel free to contact us with any product questions at 414-321-1422 or sales@wabpapersupply.com.

Can I get a sample of your opaque bond plotter paper (or any other plotter paper product you sell)?

Yes! Call us at 414-321-1422 or e-mail us at sales@wabpapersupply.com and we will send a small sample of the product in question. (We are not able to send full rolls for sampling purposes.)

Can you print plans for us and then ship them back to us or to our customers?

Yes we can! E-mail us at repro@westallisblueprint.com with your files to be printed along with instructions, contact info, addresses and payment method. Payment must be received before printing or shipping your order.

Other than your Environmental Bond paper, do your products have any recycled content?

No, with the exception of our new environmentally friendly Recycled Plotter Paper, all our paper products are 100% virgin paper.

How many rolls of plotter paper come per carton?

This varies upon the size and type of media ordered. See product description for quantity of rolls per carton.

Are your products priced per roll or per carton?

All pricing is per roll. Plotter paper rolls may be purchased individually, or in any quantity desired. Pricing per carton is simply the price per roll times the number of rolls ordered.

I'm looking for some drafting supplies, such as scales, gridded paper or vellum, do you carry these?

What if my product(s) are damaged during shipment?

If your product packaging is noticeably damaged upon arrival, we recommend you have the carrier make note of the damage on their delivery record. Then contact us at 414-321-1422 or sales@wabpapersupply.com as soon as possible and we will get replacement product(s) sent to you ASAP.

What if I want to return a product that is not damaged?

Simply contact us and we will arrange a replacement or return. A 25% restocking fee will be applied for products returns that are not due to product damage.
